The PowerStar AE12 Electric Instantaneous Point-of-Use Water Heater can provide 2.0 gallons per minute with a 40 degree F temperature rise -- enough to supply a sink in colder climates or a low flow shower in warmer climates. This unit also features thermostatic control.
The PowerStar AE12 (formerly the PowerStream RP12T) requires 240 Volts, draws 50 AMPs and generates 12 kW of heat. Catalog #45-793228.
PowerStar instantaneous electric point-of-use tankless water heaters install at the sink and provide endless hot water while eliminating wasteful cold water runout.
The PowerStar saves energy and water, mounts in any direction (except for the AE12), and comes with a 5-year warranty.
PowerStar instantaneous point-of-use electric tankless water heaters are available in 4 models (dependent on desired temperature rise and flow rates).
PowerStar point-of-use heaters are not designed to accept preheated water.
