As such, we are able to ship most of our customers' orders either the same day or the next business day. Most delays in shipping are due to our Fraud Prevention efforts that ensure that our Customers' credit cards are not being misused.

If you order an outdoor heater from us and you live in Illinois, don't be surprised to hear back from us before we ship. If you purchase a whole-house Electric Tankless Water Heater from us don't be surprised when we ask you to verify that your house has the necessary electrical requirements. Simply stated: we do not want to ship you a heater that you cannot use. Have questions: just give us a call before you buy.
Regarding Pricing: Our Bosch list prices are the the lowest prices at which Bosch will allow its Authorized Distributors to sell. So, our Sale Prices are true Sale Prices. We do not inflate the cost of the heaters just to mark them back down.
Many of our heaters are shipped with FREE SHIPPING via Ground service to destinations in the continental US.
Many of our smaller parts ship with a small shipping charge. However, even with these small shipping charges our prices beat our competitors who raise their prices and offer free shipping. Just compare!
